Upheaval & Reinstatement
We’ll carefully clear items from your loft before installation, and once the new insulation is complete, we’ll return everything to its place. Simple, safe, and hassle-free for £75
Boarding
Boarding is included as part of our standard service. If joists need to be raised to accommodate the correct insulation depth, this is £75 per m².
If you’d prefer new boarding, we can supply and fit it for £50 per m², including all required adjustments.
Membrane
Minor roof membrane repairs are included in the cost of your order.
If a full reline of your roof membrane is required, we charge £10m². Depending on the size of the area, this may extend the installation process by an extra day.
Hatch & Ladder
Our standard loft hatches and ladders offer safe, easy loft access, installed with care by our trained team.
Choose a loft hatch or loft ladder for £250, or get both supplied and fitted for £400 for the best value package.
